Liveaboard Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policy

1. Included in the package
Accommodation in a double or twin-bed cabin
En-suite shower, toilet and AC
Full board including soft drinks
Minimum of 11 dives
Torches for night dives
Dragon land tour and Padar walk
2 transports: hotel – harbor on day 1 / harbor – hotel at the end of the trip

2. Not included in the price
Dive gear, dive computer
Dive insurance
Insurance for cancellation
Domestic and International flights
National Park entrance fee, local taxes, local transport insurance and entrance fee harbor
Alcoholic drinks (beer, wines and spirits)

3. Park fee prices for Scuba divers in Komodo National Park
In total we need to buy 5 tickets per guest per day to dive in Komodo National park.
The total price for Indonesian citizen on weekdays is 85,000 Rp per day
The total price for foreigners on weekdays is 280,000 Rp per day. On Sundays or holidays the
price is 350,000 Rp per day
Please pay these tickets in cash the day before departure.
Parkfees prices are subject to change.

4. Price and Cancellation policy

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Upon booking we ask a 50% deposit via bank transfer. The remaining balance need to be paid 45 days prior to departure.
If a reservation is cancelled, the following refund policies apply:
Days before departure Liveaboard
over 91 days prior to departure 10% of the full cruise price no refund
90 – 61 days prior to departure 25% of the full cruise price no refund
60 – 46 days prior to departure 50% of the full cruise price no refund
45 – 0 days prior to departure 100% of the full cruise price no refund

Please note that trip cancellation, interruption insurance, diving recompression and evacuation
insurance is available to protect your travel from losing cancellation due to illness and accidents.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASE OF THESE policies to preserve your investment in
travel as well as your peace of mind.
We also recommend to buy a travel insurance which includes cancellation due to natural disasters
like the volcano eruption, earthquake or epidemic.

6. Diver Conduct:
Behavior that the cruise director finds inappropriate for the group may result in a guest being asked
to leave the trip, banned from diving, or refused participation on future Manta Rhei trips. This
includes unsafe diving practices! As a certified diver, you are responsible for your own diving
profile – this means the use of a dive computer is REQUIRED.
Dive computers can be rent at Manta Rhei office. Please let us know in advance.

7. There are no refunds made for an unused service in your package.
This applies to force mayor, weather or sea conditions, missed planes, delayed flights, missed
transfers, medical reasons, etc. Purchase of Cancellation/Medical/Baggage insurance is highly
In case of mechanical failure Manta Rhei will recover the missed dives on following days or
propose alternative. There will be no refund.
If you decide to not dive the scheduled number of dives for any reason such as tiredness, no desire,
medical, fear, etc…there will be no refund on missed dives.
